Congrats to new PowerShell MVPs

Another calendar quarter started a few more prominent PowerShell community members got Microsoft’s Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award:

  • Vadims Podans from Latvia – one of the few very active Russian speaking PowerShell bloggers, and a very active member of newsgroups,
  • Sherif Talaat from Egypt – the author of The Arabian PowerShell blog and a PowerGUI localizer, and
  • Doug Finke from United States – so if your Russian and Arabic are not so good make sure that you at least add his blog to your RSS reader. 😉 And if you are interested in Oslo (the language) and other domain-specific languages (DSL) you definitely won’t regret it.

Congratulations to all three! Well deserved and welcome to the club! 🙂

P.S. Richard Siddaway – the founder and head of the oldest and most active PowerShell usergroup in the world – also got his award renewed. No surprise at all to anyone in the PowerShell land – Richard is one of the members who really make PowerShell community a true community.
