		<description>1) CTP3 has a fix for the Compare-Object -SyncWindow issue.
2) We consider responding to customer feedback part of the soul of the team so if/when we slack on this, letting us know is greatly appreciated.  Given the way we develop software at MSFT, this will happen from time to time but we shouldn&#039;t go dark for prolonged periods.
