Ilya has just posted an announcement that they have made available version 1.0.4 of AD cmdlets.
This is a pretty significant update adding:
- ADAM management (Active Directory/Application Mode now also called Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services),
- cmdlets to enable/disable/unlock user accounts,
- rename and move objects (!),
- and numerous smaller fixes/improvements suggested in the Active Directory and PowerShell discussion forum.
Note that they have not yet updated the usual registration free AD cmdlets page (it still has 1.0.3 and will probably get updated in a week or so), but you can get 1.0.4 by going to the 1.0.4 page here: http://www.quest.com/2_0/registration.aspx?requestdefid=13255 (which would ask you to register). I guess this is the way staging works on the web site.
Anyway, I am downloading the new build right now and will start blogging about the new features next week.
